Since 2007 we have held several long-duration term contracts to provide highway engineering support and design functions with local authority clients. We have undertaken work within teams based at Local Authority offices through secondments, as well as undertaking the delivery of services from our offices – dependant on client & work delivery requirements.
In addition to the below, for Midlands based Highway Authorities, we can offer a full design, build and client-side lead service. Where we will deliver the entirety of the project with Contractor delivery partners (whom we have worked with for over 10 years) and undertake all supervision, inspections, project management, contract management, CDM requirements.
We have designed and constructed a wide range of highway Road safety, Safer Routes to School and Local Safety Schemes.
Canwell have worked on multiple bus and cycle infrastructure projects, over the years.
Canwell Limited has worked with local authorities on a wide range of public realm schemes for town centres, City centre public spaces, shopping centres and school sites.
Canwell have undertaken a range of traffic and safety studies for Highway Authorities.
We have undertaken junction design for individual sites and as part of larger studies.
We have worked closely with local authority clients to achieve the desired traffic management objectives of the local authority.
